Individual Therapy

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults seeking a focused, effective approach to self-understanding and relief from distressing patterns. My work is especially well-suited for individuals who appear externally successful but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or affected by unresolved experiences.

Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Together, we identify underlying patterns and dynamics, clarify priorities, and track progress so that insight translates into meaningful improvements in your day-to-day life.

My aim is for therapy to feel worthwhile—to provide relief from the difficulties that brought you in, along with greater clarity, stability, and confidence.

I work with a range of concerns, with particular focus on:

  • Trauma and post-traumatic stress

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Depression

  • Life transitions and identity questions

  • Shame and humiliation

  • Relationship patterns and interpersonal difficulties

  • High-functioning individuals struggling with internal distress

  • Individuals who feel “stuck” despite prior therapy

EMDR Therapy

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach designed to help the brain process and integrate painful or unresolved experiences. I offer EMDR therapy in-person and virtually.

EMDR may be particularly helpful if you:

  • Feel triggered by past experiences

  • Notice recurring emotional or behavioral patterns that are difficult to explain

  • Have insight into your difficulties but continue to experience intense or confusing emotional reactions

  • Experience anxiety, overwhelm, or persistent negative beliefs about yourself

EMDR works by supporting the brain’s natural capacity to process difficult experiences, reducing their emotional intensity and impact. Many clients experience increased clarity, greater self-confidence, and a stronger sense of ease in their daily lives.
